Emergency Management Emergency Operations Center. Responsible for planning, mitigation, response, and recovery oversight for large scale emergencies and disasters. Emergency Medical Services LCEMS. Responsible for providing advanced life support pre-hospital emergency health care utilizing both ground and air ambulance support throughout Lee County. Emergency Dispatch Center Lee Control. Responsible for providing a county-wide radio network and dispatch center that handles 911 and emergency requests for fire, emergency medical and emergency management. E-9-1-1 / Addressing E-9-1-1. The focus of the E9-1-1 Program is to provide technology, service and training for Lee County's 9-1-1 networks, as well as support for local police and sheriff dispatchers' departments. The E9-1-1 Addressing Office supports the naming and coordination of streets across unincorporated Lee County and maintains the 9-1-1 database for the Lee County Enhanced 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System. Who Answers My 9-1-1 Call? City of Cape Coral: All law enforcement, fire and rescue calls are handled by Cape Coral Police Department through direct dispatch. Calls requiring ambulance service are one-button transferred to Lee Control at the Lee County Emergency Dispatch Center (EDC) for dispatch. City of Fort Myers: All law enforcement calls are handled by Fort Myers Police Department​ through direct dispatch. Calls requiring fire, ambulance or rescue service are one-button transferred to Lee Control at the Lee County Emergency Dispatch Center (EDC) for dispatch. City of Sanibel: All law enforcement calls are handled by Sanibel Police Department through direct dispatch. Calls requiring fire, rescue and ambulance service are one-button transferred to Lee Control at the Lee County Emergency Dispatch Center (EDC) for dispatch. Unincorporated Lee County, Town of Fort Myers Beach, Village of Estero, and City of Bonita Springs: All law enforcement calls are handled by Lee County Sheriff's Office ​ through direct dispatch. Calls requiring fire, rescue and ambulance service are one-button transferred to Lee Control at the Lee County Emergency Dispatch Center (EDC) for dispatch. Government Communications Network GCN. Responsible for administering an 800 MHz communications system for countywide emergency response entities, government operations and local municipalities. In addition, the furnishes contracted fire protection services to dependent fire districts and administers the distribution of fire and EMS impact fee and all hazard monies to independent fire districts and EMS agencies. Logistics / Administration / Finance Logistics. Provides logistical support for all Public Safety divisions with a focus on EMS and Emergency Management.
